The Great House of God
Where does a family live? They live in a house. God's family lives in His house, and we as His children are a meaningful part of this house. It's a great house - a spiritual structure, with a purpose, a plan. God's House is one built on His Word, With His People, And on a Solid Foundation. God's House is Great because it is a house of love, contains a table of plenty, has a framework of living stones, and is built on the precious cornerstone of Jesus Christ. Click here to hear Paul's sermon, the Great House of God.

We're Family!
God has made it possible for us to be a family. God takes the dysfunctional and makes them functional. He uses us, in spite of our limitations, and integrates us into His family with one purpose. Peter speaks to how Christians are a family in 1 Peter 1:17-25. Click here to listen to the sermon or view the outline or PowerPoint.

A Call To Holiness
William Wallace in Brave Heart had his head "in the game," or "in the battle." At the end of the movie, he gives an inspirational speech that leads them into battle. He rallied the troops to fight for the cause of freedom. Wallace was preparing them mentally, preparing their minds for action.
Peter also speaks to us, about preparing our minds for battle. The Apostle says, "prepare your minds for action" Just as you would prepare for a journey, or just as a soldier would prepare for battle, Peter tells us to prepare our minds for a spiritual battle. What do God's soldiers do to prepare for battle? Listen to the lastest sermon or read the outline, A Call to Holiness here.

It's the Thought That Counts!
The wise men in Matthew chapter 2 brought material gifts, but these gifts had intangible concepts behind them. The Magi, or "Wise Men" from the East brought these gifts to Jesus not because gold, frankincense and myrrh were traditional gifts. They put a lot of thought in their gift-giving, obviously having done their research concerning the deity of the Christ. How did they know about Jesus, and why did they present Him such gifts?
