We know that all of you want to help make our new home... HOME!  We have a long list of items that need to be done in and outside the new building.  As we announced on Sunday, there is a 2foot by 4foot banner in the back of the church with each item listed and divided into categories.  We need everyone to sign up for an area they are interested in.  We also need individuals to sign up for a leadership role in these areas and help organize the volunteers.  If you have any items that you would like to add to the list just add them to the banner.  As we complete task feel free to highlight them so we know they are done.  THANKS!

 

The initial List: 

 

Landscaping: down spots, faucets, flowers, grass, mowing schedule, and etc

 

Construction: Stage for kids worship, door to gym from sound room, insulation in classroom walls, canister lights in gym, utility room finish off and add desk and storage for children’s supplies, fix soffits, indoor/outdoor carpet on steps by the baptistery, Piano cart, repair drywall in gym, fill in cracks by front door, and tile the youth room floor

 

Maintenance: fix tile by back door, Secure Mailbox, Paint barrier poles next to electric feed, fix soap dispensers in bathrooms, Cleaning schedule, fix/change inside door handles and jams, make spring stiffer on Gym door next to the front door, Play Set, and Security Lights

 

Crafty: Sound deadening panels, Curtain for side door in gym, pillows for the youth room, decorating, and painting

 

Technical: Install Audio/Video system, baptistery microphone, phone, wireless internet, update address at various websites, TVs in nursery, hallway, and kids worship area 

 

Signs: Main sign in front, signs for each classroom, What we Believe, Vision and Mission Statements, first time attendee parking

 

Woodworking: floor to ceiling book shelves for care/prayer room, new coffee cart and cart for bulletins pens and etc
